I'm Anthony Collins, a REALTOR® with Southern Key Realty, based in Port St. Lucie and working the coast from Palm Bay down to Lake Worth. Most of my clients are moving here from somewhere else, so a good part of my job is simply knowing this place well enough to answer the questions you don't know to ask yet.

Which 55+ communities are worth what they charge. What insurance will actually run on a house before you fall for it. How a CDD assessment shows up on your tax bill. What a VA loan can really do, since that one gets muddled more than any other.
